As we approach the 56th anniversary of the reunification of Jerusalem, Rabbi Yehudah Glick is furthering his spiritual mission by launching the Global Zionist Movement, which will band believers worldwide in focusing Zionism on Zion itself - the holy mountain of Hashem.
Rabbi Yehudah Glick has led the struggle for prayer for ALL nations on the Temple Mount since 2008, and miraculously survived an assassination attempt on his life by a Muslim terrorist who opposed his public advocacy of human rights for ALL on Zion - the mount of the Temple of Hashem.
Rabbi Glick established Shalom Jerusalem to raise awareness about the centrality of Zion - Mount Moriah for all nations, and has been at the heart of the shift in the demand for prayer to be permitted on the Temple Mount for all nations; taking this issue from the fringe to the mainstream of Israeli society - the number of people seeking to ascend the Temple Mount has increased by 1,000% since 2008!
During the "Six Day War" Israel redeemed the Temple Mount. Later that day, Defence Minister Moshe Dayan declared the following:
"This morning, the Israel Defense Forces liberated Jerusalem. We have united Jerusalem, the divided capital of Israel. We have returned to the holiest of our holy places, never to part from it again."
Now that, thanks to these miracles, the Temple Mount is once again in the hands of the People of Israel - we've initiated a Global Zionist Movement and believe that this miraculous day is an opportunity for all Bible believers to join together to create the Universal Zion Day, in which people all over the world mark their commitment to Zion and towards the efforts to turn Zion into the prophetic House of Prayer for All Nations.
On May 18, 2023 we will be celebrating "Jerusalem Day" in Israel, the annual commemoration of Israel's victory in the Six-Day War of 1967 and the liberation of the Temple Mount, Eastern Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the Golan Heights.
On this date we encourage you to initiate an event - be it a joint prayer, a symbolic march, a Torah-Zoom with Rabbi Yehudah Glick, a designated decoration of the prayer hall in your community - during which all participants will be wearing a Zion pin in praise of Hashem for these miracles and jointly announcing "Hineni" (Here I am) as a commitment to Zion.
